Normalized minimal vector of a lattice

For an {{ KNOWL("lattice.definition", "integral lattice")}} $L$, the {{ KNOWL("lattice.minimal_vector", "minimal vectors")}} of $L$ come in pairs: if $\vec{v}$ is a minimal vector, then so is $-\vec{v}$. A minimal vector is **normalized** if its first nonzero component is positive.
